He’s been a software engineer for over 20 years with experience in a variety of organizations—from startups to Fortune 500, private and public sector. Kirk understands the needs of various markets and how to build products and businesses to support them. His experience with various startups (with exits) includes, American Express, National Security Agency, and Carvana.
John is a Strategic Advisor to Strategia. He is an accomplished strategic senior leader with 35+ years of progressive experience in direct-to-consumer, operations, customer service and supply chain, including extensive experience in project and process management. He consistently achieves optimal results in managing operations through process improvement planning and portfolio management and is an advocate for cultivating leadership talent and building a culture of trust and consistency to achieve optimal, sustainable business results. During his 22 + year tenure, he played a key role in growing QVC from a $0.5B televised shopping network to a $9B global leader in video and ecommerce retail.
